Knee pain unchanged
I had high hopes for this collagen product due to my knee pain. While it has managed to reduce it somewhat, gelatin seems to work better for me, eliminating knee pain entirely. I’ve not seen a notable difference in my skin, hair, and nails while using this collagen. It has a pleasant taste and dissolves well, but I expected better results.
